In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the zbajje website accessible at zbajje.bet, including all games, betting markets, promotional pages, and account management interfaces.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

To use the Platform, you must register a personal Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering in your own name and using your own payment methods.
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by zbajje for any reason.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

zbajje reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be required to provide a copy of a valid national identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts detected by zbajje will be closed without notice. Any balances or bonus funds in duplicate Accounts are subject to forfeiture at zbajje's sole discretion.

zbajje accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time and are subject to availability.

Minimum deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts may be subject to daily, weekly, or monthly limits as specified in the Account settings or applicable promotional terms.

All payment transactions must be made using methods registered in the Player's own name. zbajje does not accept third-party deposits or payments. Any deposit made from a payment method not belonging to the Account holder will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawals are processed by zbajje 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all public holidays in Bangladesh. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and any verification requirements in place on your Account. zbajje does not charge fees on standard MFS (Mobile Financial Service) withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

zbajje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed account verification.
• The zbajje Welcome Bonus of 200% up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Minimum qualifying deposit applies as stated in the promotion details.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• zbajje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted and in progress by a Player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus conditions — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using third-party funds to meet deposit requirements, or employing hedging strategies specifically designed to reduce wagering risk — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

zbajje's decision regarding bonus eligibility and any suspected abuse is final. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly withheld should contact support at the email address listed in the footer of this page.

The zbajje name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of zbajje. You may not use these marks in any manner without prior written approval.

zbajje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• A Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• A Player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is suspected.
• A Player is found to be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• A Player has been identified as being under the minimum age of 21.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance (net of any outstanding bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting zbajje support via the email address on this site. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbajje, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if zbajje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zbajje does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While zbajje takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may affect availability from time to time.

zbajje's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which zbajje holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through zbajje's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration.

To initiate a formal complaint, Players should contact zbajje support at the email address listed on this site, providing full details of the dispute. zbajje will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the complaint within 14 calendar days. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution body.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your home jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

All official communications from zbajje to registered Players will be sent to the email address provided at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date. zbajje will not be held responsible for any missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
